Short version: the only personal information we hold about you is what you typed into the contact form (and which link or website brought you to it), we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it, rent it or feed it into a marketing sequence.
The DashPhoto marketing pages run no JavaScript, set no cookies, and carry no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording. There is nothing here that follows you to another site.
One third party is involved: the typeface is served by Google Fonts, so
loading a page requests two files from fonts.googleapis.com and
fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your IP address as part of any
such request. That is the whole of it.
Signing in to the DashPhoto product itself is different — an application you log in to sets a session cookie, because that is what keeps you logged in. This page is about the public pages.
Only what the form asks for: your company, the market you shoot, your name,
your email address, optionally your phone number, and whatever you write in the
message box. If the link that brought you here carried campaign tags (the
utm_ part of an address), or you came from another website, we keep those
tags and that website’s address with your enquiry, so we know which post or ad
reached you. Nothing else is gathered, and nothing is bought from a data broker to fill
in the rest.
That is the complete list. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Sending the form does not subscribe you to anything — there is no newsletter and no automated follow-up sequence.
The people at DashPhoto who answer enquiries. Beyond that, the enquiry sits on infrastructure we rent — our application host and our database provider — the same way any business email sits on a mail provider. They process it on our behalf and do not get to use it for anything of their own.
We would disclose information if the law actually required it. Nothing else would prompt us to.
Until it stops being useful, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you ask, we delete the record rather than flagging it as hidden.
Write to us and say so. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix it if it is wrong, and ask us to erase it. We would rather do that than make you prove a right to it first.
The fastest route is the contact form — tell us the email address you used.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make quiet edits.
