Short version: you pay $5 for each listing you create, your data and your clients are yours, you can take everything and leave whenever you like, and we tell you before we change anything that matters.
These terms are between DashPhoto and the company that signs up to use it. Where they say you, they mean that company. Where they say your clients, they mean the agents and brokerages you serve — who are not party to this and never deal with us.
Access to the platform: ordering, scheduling, photographer management, media delivery, invoicing, and a listing page for each shoot. $5 per listing. Not per seat, not per photographer, no tiers. A month in which you create no listings costs nothing.
We bill in arrears for the listings actually created. If a listing is created in error, tell us and we will take it off the bill — we would rather do that than argue about it.
Your clients, orders, invoices, photographers and media belong to you. We do not sell them, rent them, or use them to market to anybody. We do not contact your clients.
You can have all of it, in full, exported on request, at any time — including while you are leaving. There is no notice period on an export and no fee for it.
We store and process your data to run the service for you, and for nothing else. We use third parties to do it — hosting, storage, payment processing, email delivery — and they are bound to the same limits.
We may look at your data when you ask us to help with something, or when we have to in order to keep the service running. We do not read it for any other reason.
Small improvements ship continuously. Anything that changes how you work comes with notice and a countdown, so you know what is changing and when before it happens, and it happens outside working hours where we can manage it.
If we change these terms, we will tell you. If a change is one you are not willing to accept, you can leave and take your data, and we will refund anything already billed for a period you have not used.
You can stop whenever you want. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no notice period. Ask for your export first — we will keep your data available for 30 days after you stop, and delete it after that unless you ask us to keep it longer.
We can end it too, and would only do so for non-payment after we have asked, or for use that is illegal or that damages the service for other companies. We would talk to you first.
We aim to keep the service available and will tell you honestly when it is not. We cannot promise it will never be down, and we do not accept liability for business you lose while it is. We are not your lawyer, your accountant, or your insurer.
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the law where you operate.
